In 1994 several Highland line services were in the hands of 37s. Here Regional Railways liveeried 37427 storms through Dalwhinnie with the 1015 Inverness-Edinburgh on 2 August 1994.



The swing bridge at Clachnaharry, just North of Inverness, spans the Caledonian canal. Here 37232 passes over the famous structure on 4 August 1994 with the 1040 Inverness-Kyle.



Back in the good old days of 37s in North Wales. Although booked for ETH locos this particular example was particularly rare.
37413 accellerates through Conwy on 5 August 1996 with the 0830 Birmingham International-Bangor.


Peak Forest was the place to be to see 37s hard at work for many years. Towards the end of their reign 38505+37162 leave the sidings and start up the steep gradient on 10 July 1997.



We like to include rare workings on our programmes and they don't come much rarer than this!
37010 and a failed 33102 approach Axminster on 21 April 1992 with the 'Atlantic Coast Express', the 1100 Waterloo-Exeter.



Freak weather on 15 February 1994 brought heavy a snowfall to parts of Devon.
